• Each of the 9 weeks of the course requires 5-7 hours of time to work through the materials, contribute to the discussion forums and work on the assessed Project.
• The assessed project is based on procedures in a language teaching school, either the recruitment process or the teacher development process. Course participants can directly link their learning to their individual schools context, and use their new knowledge to think about changes that could be made.
• There are no compulsory live sessions on this course, but there are opportunities for optional live sessions as required.
